Replacement Policy

In the odd case that you receive your Gadgetronic products in damaged condition, here is our policy on Replacement:

  • Eligible products can only be Replaced within 48 hours after the delivery date only if you receive damaged or faulty product. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page.
  • You can initiate the Replacement by logging into your Brand Account, raising the return request.
  • Log into your account.
    1. Go to My orders
    2. Click on "Replacement" against the item you wish to Replace.
    3. Fill in the details and raise a Replacement request by clicking on submit button.
    4. You will receive a confirmation for the Replacement initiated.
    5. Once your Replacement has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your Replacement.
  • In the unlikely event that your product is not replacement due to stock issues than only Refund will be initiated.
  • Not all products are eligible for Repalcement . Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for Replacement before purchasing.
  • The Gadgetroninc Customer Care team must receive and approve your Replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of gadgetroninc.com. But we're a friendly bunch :)
